In 1963, Eugene Boone was a 24-year-old deputy in Dallas, Texas–the youngest deputy ever hired by the sheriff there. On November 22nd of that year, he found himself just yards from President Kennedy when Kennedy was shot.
Andrew McCrea caught up with Boone to get his memories of that historic day, and what he thinks about all that’s been written and said of the Kennedy assassination since then.
